How much does it cost to rent one of your buses?

Our hourly rates range between $75-$150 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum charge even if you use it for less time. Other factors such as distance, terrain, and type of shuttle may change the hourly price in order to make sure that we can provide adequate staff to ensure a safe and fun trip for you. Seasonal Discounts and Price increases based on customer demand. Unless you book a one-way trip, please factor in the time and distance it takes to return your group to the drop-off point.

How many stops can we make?

• One-Way Trip: One Pickup and One Event Drop-off

• Round-Trip: One Pickup, One Event Drop-off, reload, and One Return Drop-off

• Event Shuttle: Pickup and Drop-off an agreed number of times between 2 or more locations

Additional Stops will cost extra. Unplanned requested stops during the trip will be added to card on file at the rate discussed on the invoice.

Do we need to tip the driver?

Yes, Please tip our drivers. They keep you safe and on-time to your event! We provide the option to tip pre-trip and/or post-trip through our invoicing; cash and electronic payments are appreciated as well.

100% of the tip goes to the driver.

Can we drink on the bus?

Yes, The bus is BYOB. Texas Event Shuttle cannot provide alcohol for your group, however we can connect you with a company that can furnish your food and drink needs for an all-inclusive experience. We do ask that you clean up any trash left behind from your group.

Can we play any type of music?

Yes, have fun! We have an amazing sound system and Bluetooth/Aux connection to power your group’s musical choices. Use your own phone or multimedia device to choose the tunes you love. You may even catch our driver singing along with you.

How far does your bus travel?

We travel all throughout the Central Texas. We have options for longer trips that won’t break the bank. We currently DO NOT travel out of state.

What kind of events do you go to?

We take our customers to many types of events, including: Concerts, parties, weddings, proms, dances, baptisms, wine tours, comedy shows, sporting events, bar hopping, and gatherings of all kinds.
